Welcome! In case we have not yet met virtually or in person, let me give you a bit of background about me. I am an academic who first taught meditation (including the relaxation response) over 30 years ago. Get ready to learn, because I really teach! I am a seasoned educator with over 20,000 teaching hours to my credit, and I design content and courses to accord pedagogically with adult learning principles. I have published in leading peer-reviewed academic journals (e.g., Health Law Review, Canadian Journal of Law and Society). As a retired Registered Nurse and a Holistic Intuitive with degrees and graduate work in Psychology and Law, I have been dubbed The Toolkit Teacher and The Logical Mystic by my students. And more... I stay on top of research and emerging trends. I track these to help my wisdom wellness students stay a step ahead as they move towards bringing more relaxation, calmness, serenity and peace into their lives.
